go back a year or two and i was taking 2-300 scalps a day ....hahahahahaha....used to drive a top trading mate called forexmospherian mad

but i am a scalper mainly .....and scalpers trade a lot per day ......

i try to keep it under 300 now if i have a full day at screens .....but when the moneys there i take it to be honest

so dont worry about overtrading - unless you ae losing money !!!!
