hey all

ive been out of the loop for a couple of weeks, taking a little vacation time .....ive been having to keep plugged into my consultancy business and half an eye on the market ...but nothing like when i am full on .....

I have also been thinking lot about some improvements and changes to how i trade ......what i do is ok ...but i know i can get even better ....and have a lot of teting going on in background that looks very promising so far

anyway thats not even the point of the Blog ..........my main point was to say we all need to take a break sometimes from work and trading and whatever else you are doing .......you cannot just slog on day after day .....a break is needed to refresh the batteries

So do it sometimes ! ...........you will feel better for it
